Account
I cannot log in to my account. My login name and password are valid.
Please verify your email account to see if it has been flagged as suspicious or restricted. If you violate the Terms of Service, your account may be terminated. If you previously had a FansPeople account with a violation, your new account could be restricted or closed. If you believe you have been flagged in error, please contact support (info@FansPeople.com) with evidence or information that will enable us to review your case.
Inactivating your account
Select Remove Account from Settings.
Enter the captcha on the Settings page exactly as it appears.
Your account will be deleted and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you have active Subscriptions as a Creator, your account will be deleted once the last one expires. During this period, no new subscriptions can be added to your account. Any active subscriptions will be canceled and will never renew automatically.
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored; you will be required to establish a new one. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been successfully deleted.
Who can utilize FansPeople
You must first register and establish a user account in order to use FansPeople. You must provide a legitimate email address, a valid username, and a valid password. Your password must be unique (i.e., distinct from those used on other websites) and conform to the technical requirements of the FansPeople website for password composition.
To sign up as a User:
• You must be at least 18 years old, and proof of age will be required.
• if the laws of the country or State/province where you reside require you to be older than 18 to be legally bound by a contract with us, then you must be old enough to be legally bound by a contract with us under the laws of the country or State/province where you reside;
• You must be permitted by the laws of the country or state/province in which you reside to join FansPeople, view any Content, or utilize any FansPeople functionality.
• You cannot have been convicted of a sexual offense.
If you do not fulfill the requirements listed above, you are not permitted to access or use FansPeople.
Avatar/header
• Your avatar and cover/header images are prohibited from containing nudity.

Why sign up?
Subscribing to a Creator grants you exclusive access to private content posted by that Creator and the ability to communicate with them via the direct messages (DM) interface.
FansPeople routinely releases new features.
How to register
• A genuine credit card must be added to your account.
• Click "Follow" on the profile you'd like to follow.
• Following a "Follow" click, your credit card or Wallet Credits will be charged.
• When you click "Follow" on a free account, neither your credit card nor Wallet Credits will be charged.
• A completed Follow will immediately grant access to the profile's content, including all previous and future posts during the subscription period.
• Subscription periods begin one month after the purchase date.
Discovering a profile
There are two available search functions.
• After subscribing to a paid or free account and interacting with a model, a search icon will appear on your Home Page.
• Visit FansPeople.com/insertusername if you know the exact username of the person you wish to locate.
Cancel a subscription
• Subscriptions are non-refundable.
• If you no longer desire to subscribe, turning off auto-renew prevents you from being charged for the following month's service.
• At any time, you can disable auto-renewal for a subscription. You will continue to be charged for the complete subscription, and you will have access to the Creator's profile until the subscription expires.
• To view your active and inactive subscriptions, visit your "Following" page. If you wish to conceal that Creator's posts from your Feed, you can unsubscribe (unsubscribing does not refund your purchase).
• You may Re-Follow a profile during its Subscription Period without being charged again.
Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable and final. You may unsubscribe for any reason, at any time, to avoid being charged for the subscription again.
Pending Costs
If multiple abortive purchase attempts have occurred, pending charges may temporarily appear on your statement. Between 5 and 7 days, pending charges are routinely removed from your card. Please wait at least seven days for the pending charge to be removed before contacting customer service.
Transactions and Fees
Our prices are only displayed in EUR. The currency conversion is handled by the bank, not FansPeople.com.
All credit card fees are billed in euros. We use a third-party payment processor that is secure and encrypted to complete transactions.
Creator Concerns
How do I begin making money on FansPeople?
To begin earning on FansPeople, kindly follow these steps:
• Include your bank account in your own name.
• The bank account must be located in the same country that issued the verified photo identification of the Creator. You can add a verified e-wallet as a secondary payout option.
• Fill out your W-9 form (for US-based creators).
• Ensure that your account is authenticated
• Make sure you have set your subscription price
Before your account has been verified, you may not be able to set a subscription price.
Return Percentages
Eighty percent of their revenues, including subscriptions, paid messages, and tips, go to the creators. The remaining 20% covers all other services, including referral payments, payment processing, hosting, and support.
My request for payment was denied.
If the following error message appears:
"We have been unable to process your payout due to the following reason: Please contact support with an updated ID so we can process your payment."
Your payout request will not be executed until a new, approved ID has been submitted and verified.
Possible motives:
• Your previously submitted ID is no longer valid
• The previously submitted documents do not satisfy the requirements necessary to process your Payout Request.
• Your Account is missing payout information, preventing you from withdrawing funds.
Please submit a photo of yourself brandishing your government-issued photo ID along with a copy of your ID.
After ID verification and approval, payments will be enabled. Please be aware that if you have received this message, you will not be able to receive Payouts until this is completed. Please observe the following requirements that ALL uploaded images must meet:
• It is prohibited to alter, crop, or resize images.
• Each image must be colored.
• Documents submitted must be a photograph or a scanned copy. Electronic documents or photographs of photographs will not be accepted.
• Each of the document's four corners must be visible.
• Complete, valid government-issued identification must be presented. No portions of the document are permitted to be redacted, covered, removed, or censored.
• Files must be in.PNG or.JPG format and no larger than 7MB.Once your ID has been verified, validate your payment method by sending an email to info@FansPeople.com.
• US Creators are required to submit Form W9.
Is nudity permissible on FansPeople?
The use of nudity in your profile's avatar or heading is prohibited. As long as your posts and messages adhere to our terms and conditions, nudity is permitted.
My account or content are limited.
Your account has been restricted for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines.
Please be advised that in addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, the following are prohibited:
Accounts that include:
• Imprisoned or detained individuals;
• Any depiction of a dozing or unconscious person (real or imagined);
• Publication of private and personal information (doxing, doxing);
• Content comprising/comprising:
• surveillance camera images/videos;
• vomiting or puking play, prolapse, extreme gape;
• breastfeeding and lactation;
• menstrual bleeding;
• Penetration with non-sexually stimulating objects

Who has access to my Fans.com page?
• No Cost Account
o Anyone with a FansPeople account can subscribe for free to your account and view all of your past and present posts on your page.
o Please note that all content must adhere to our Terms of Service or risk suspension or removal.
• Account with Price for Subscription
o Fans who have purchased a subscription can view your Feed.
o After subscribing, fans can view all your current and prospective posts.
o The content of your posts is concealed from non-subscribers.
o Please note that all content must adhere to our Terms of Service or risk suspension or removal.
Public Image
The following information is displayed on your public profile at
www.FansPeople.com/username:
• Profile title
• @username
• avatar with cover artwork
• count of admirers (optional)
Advice for Authors
Frequently post new content.
Include a link to FansPeople on your existing social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Promote your FansPeople will link wherever your followers are.
Promotional Efforts
Creators may offer promotional campaigns as limited-time discounts to attract new Fans. Promotional campaigns may offer discounted (up to 90%) but not complimentary subscriptions. The discount percentage, offer limit, and expiration date can be modified by the creator. Promotional campaigns are restricted to sponsored accounts.
To launch a marketing campaign:
• Ensure a subscription price is specified in Settings
• Go to the Promotions Page or your Profile Page
• Click the "Add Promotional Campaign" button.
• The default tab will be "Discount"
• Set your desired discount percentage. 90% is the maximum discount
• Establish the end date of the promotional campaign
• Choose the quantity of discounted subscriptions you wish to offer. Thus, only a limited number of new or lapsed consumers will be eligible for the discount.
• After launching a promotional effort, a notification containing your message to fans will appear on your Profile.
Referral initiative
The Referral Payout will be 5% of the Earnings of the Referred Creator:
• During the initial twelve months of their account.
• Limited to the first 100,000€ each Referred Creator earns. This enables Referrers to earn up to €5,000 per Creator referred.
There are no restrictions on the number of Referred Creators or total Referral Earnings that you can accumulate.
If someone signed up without using your referral code, we cannot associate their account with your referral. It is programmed and cannot be altered.
